Step 4: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
In some circumstances, a partial refund may be appropriate. Partial refunds are calculated based on the proportion of services delivered versus services paid for, taking into account work completed, resources utilized, and time invested.
Factors considered in determining partial refund amounts include the stage of project completion, deliverables provided, consulting hours utilized, third-party costs incurred, and the specific circumstances leading to the refund request.
Before considering a refund, we encourage clients to discuss any concerns about service delivery. In many cases, adjustments to our approach, scope modifications, or additional support can address issues and ensure client satisfaction without the need for a refund.
We are committed to flexibility and will work with you to modify service delivery methods, adjust timelines, reassign team members, or make other reasonable accommodations to meet your needs and expectations.
Clients may cancel consulting engagements at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the cancellation date, plus any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in the service agreement.
For ongoing retainer arrangements, cancellation must be provided in accordance with the notice period specified in your service agreement, typically 30 days. Retainer fees paid for periods after the effective cancellation date may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under a service agreement if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure events.
In the event of force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to resume service delivery as soon as practicable. Refunds for services not delivered due to force majeure will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
